“In general, it was nice place to stay. There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors. There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL. The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us". No help, No support and care, No interest.”

“Loved the size and quality of the aparthotel! Never stayed at a place like that. The price compared to hotels nearby was excellent; great value. My one complaint is a disappointing communication regarding check in. I was told I would receive info prior to 4pm. By 9pm I asked for instructions. Was told I would receive them shortly. Around 10pm I told them again I didn't receive instructions. Finally I got the instructions. The actual check in was easy and smooth once I had the info!”

“This is a very good option for staying in Nashville. It is a safe, walkable area near the hospital and between Vanderbilt and Belmont. Some great breakfast dining options nearby (walkable) though fewer dinner options. This is like staying in a nice apartment of a friend who is out of town and lets you stay there. More like an apartment than a hotel. No front desk or free breakfast but it works well if you're comfortable with handling everything via an app. You'll need that to negotiate the...

“Had a little trouble with the parking lot gate but the attendant was quick to help and solved the issue. The property is well maintained, everything is clean and the room was amazing. The only issue I had was having to pay for parking after spending a decent amount of money for the room itself.”

“This is definitely a new experience. No concierge desk which I’ve never tried. But the value of the room was amazing. I loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer. The room was very modern and clean. I will say I wish there was more food closer for those quick trips to eat, but the main area of downtown Nashville was a relatively short walk. ”
