"Nice hotel overall. Staff were friendly and multilingual. Breakfast was nice (buffet italian style). Bed was comfortable (althought no duvet, just a sheet and thin blanket over the top... must be an italian thing). Good location near the train station. Air con worked reasonably well to cool the room from 30C to 21C. Although the controls were a bit confusing (said it was heating when it was cooling). "Good hotel, big room and bathroom.but what really annoyed me that they dont offer free 2 bottles of water as thousand of hotels does. If you have a kettle, in the room with coffee capsule, tea, cream, nescafe, etc.....you want me to take it from the mini bar for 2.5 euro?????? . Its disrespect for customer....take higher price of the room and put free bottle of water next to the kettle or remove them"
