"The Springs Resort offered everything I needed on my vacation. From the first moment we arrived we were treated like royalty with friendliness and pampering. The staff are exceptionally friendly and many remembered our names during our short 4-day stay. The multiple hot springs pools are drained and cleaned daily. The swim up bar was such fun. Our room was grand, with an amazing view of Arenal volcano. The housekeeping staff were very respectful and we enjoyed the nightly turn-down service....

"A high quality hotel with bungalows set in impeccably manicured gardens with beautiful flowers and birdlife. Rooms were large and scrupulously clean, decor slightly plain. Staff were generally helpful and curteous, but we did have one problem in the restaurant with slow service which revealed the customer is not always seen to be right in this hotel! I read a recommendation to stick to the Costa Rican dishes, which we found to be good advice."
