I truly enjoyed this property as one of the best throughout my travels in Costa Rica. From arrival to departure, the fine tuned service was 5 star. Breakfast was included where you are served and not buffet style. We had dinner there 2 nights and the food was amazing. Marco is an outstanding manager and his leadership is evident via his employees. I was impressed by the staff recognizing the guests by name. Thank you to the staff of Koora for a perfect stay. From the time you step out of your car, valet service greets you and helps unload your luggage. Raquel at the front desk is really good. Damien at the restaurant is great. Some of the best service we’ve ever had at a hotel. The views are unforgettable. The animals and nature are all around the property.
