"De informatie en fotos die op de site staan zijn misleidend..wij kwamen aan bij het hotel, wat wij dachten geboekt te hebben, en ons werd medegedeeld dat we geen reservering hadden bij het hotel. Wij moesten bij de casa zijn. Grote teleurstelling omdat als je denkt een hotel te boeken met alle comfort, we ondergebracht wordt in een casa..Voor mij als hartpatiënt was het helemaal niet te doen! Daarom hadden we ook voor het hotel gekozen met alles in huis! De advertentie en de omschrijving is dus...

"I could not get a hold of the hotel as the number on the hotels.com website was inactive, and several employees of hotels.com could get a hold of hotel management to inform them I wanted a late check-in...I still drove (5 hours) to the hotel to only be met with silence, no number to contact management...nothing. "Magda was a great host, and her communication with us before arrival and during our stay was excellent. The property is located on a quiet street very close to the city center, so there are countless restaurant options that are within a few minutes of walking. On site private gated parking was super convenient. Highly recommend Rivetto Suites!"

"The hotel is located in beautiful area. This hotel is family-run and they are very nice and friendly. They offered a glass of wine right after our arrival and it was a pleasant surprise. One of their family member is also running a nice Korean-Italian fusion restaurant "Uri" ~20 minutes driving away from the hotel. Food was great and restaurant staff were very pleasant."
