"The hotel is very close to the city's main commercial streets, where most stores and restaurants are located. The staff is very friendly and professional. The view is nice, but the commercial port's noise started very early in the morning. If you are very sensitive to the noise, bring your earplugs. Just so you know, they don't have a safe in the room(at least in our twin bedroom). We were pretty satisfied though for sure."

"Great 3 stars grade hotel, good sized rooms, shower room is spacious and nice, pool, jacuzzi and dry sauna with an awesome breakfast. Wai Wai beach within 5 minutes walk from the hotel is fantastic for snorkeling. Just please rent a car so you don't spend much money with taxi rides. "

Hanging clothes in the room was challenging but I found out I could have hung clothes in the bathroom. There are clothes dryers on the 1st floor which helped to dry clothes. "It was a great stay. But.. There was a coffee? Stain on the wall under the bathroom sink next to the trash can. There were sand and long hair in the towel rack (black basket ) that was located under the sink. Shower room and bathroom were clean. But I hesitated to take a bath in the bathtub because of the uncleanness under the bathroom sink. Other than that, it was a great stay. Breakfast was excellent. So many options including local food. "
