"Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. 5 min walk from sea marina, trams and buses. Hadrian Gate is within 15 min walk. Trams use contact card payments. We came in December off peak tourist season, weather cancelled be v cloudy and lots of rain but we had fantastic weather, lots of sunshine! We were in the basement, the room was a good standard. We were out most of the day, so not having a window was not a big problem for us. Breakfast is very good, clean and fresh food, with a good selection...
