From the website, I was expecting this 47-story building to be a much larger facility. The location is convenient to Times Square and nearby restaurants. But the breakfast and dining room is small and doesn’t open until 7 a.m. There are no coffee machines in the room and no ice machines on the floors. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable but the pillows were too hard.
