"I stayed 6 nights in the Napili Tower. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette area with a sink, dishes, small fridge. The property has so much to offer with multiple pools, shops, food and bar options. There is a laundry facility onsite that was very nice with lots of free machines and a lounge. Self-parking had limited space, but valet parking was a good alternative for almost the same cost. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful property!"

"The property in general was quite nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was there was no onsite restaurant for dinner or a full regular bar. There is a nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch but only open till 6 (sometimes only till 2). There is a pool bar but what you’d expect for a pool bar, not for a nice dinner and a cocktail. There is a restaurant under construction but sounds like it won’t be ready for a while. It’s about 10-15 minute walk to...

"Lovely resort. Comfy room. Some strange interactions with the valet upon arrival. They were confrontational and laughed at my husband when he asked a question. Overall, I don’t think the staff was very happy as we had few positive interactions. Very pretty grounds. Loved the tranquil pool. "
