Pontos Negativos: colchão duro; travesseiros duros, móveis antigos; TV antiga só com canais abertos; café da manhã tem que escolher bem o que comer, pode ter variedade, mas não tem qualidade. Pontos Positivos: Atendimento, limpeza, arborização e localização. Observação: cobra por seu amigo de 4 patas, mas diferente dos outros hotéis não te oferecem nem água nem o tapetinho higiênico para ele.

Razoável, o hotel não fornece uma boa internet, sempre sem sinal, fornece uma tv a cabo péssima, e hóspede é obrigado a manter no pulso uma pulseira para identificação do hóspede dentro do hotel, mas a mesma não pode ser retirada do pulso fora das dependências do hotel, gerando uma propaganda para o mesmo fora das dependências do mesmo.
