"The GLK is a nice facility, and the staff is wonderful, from the desk agents to the cleaning staff. It is a narrow and tall building, and the stairs are really steep, so you will probably take the lift. The breakfast buffet is very good, and includes a samovar with genuine Turkish Rize tea. "Terrible staff at restaurants, need to remind multiple times to just bring the tea, zero proactiveness; rooms are subpar / not so clean compared to price tag. "

"It was very nice stance in Villa Pera hotel, affordable and comfortable room for one in the second floor with a metal doble bed match the all decorate,very fresh and alergy less as no have any carpet, the washroom was very cool and clean I’m grateful to have been there. The only negative thing is the building in ruins just in front of the property, otherwise should be a five stars 😉"

"The property is under construction, however, 1/2 of the property is open. The new areas are the remodeled areas from last year. The in-house spa was very nice and they have a wonderful therapist."
