"Loved the location so close to the tram which made exploring the city very easy. The room was small with the pull-out couch made up into a bed, but it would have been perfect for a couple. It still worked for us as we were only there for one night. We enjoyed the towel warmer although there were no facecloths which may be a European things as we didn't have any in the other hotels we stayed at during our trip. "Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! "Ideal location in the heart of the old town, steps away from the main shopping areas but on a quite side street. There are lots of restaurants around. Our room has a sitting room with a sofa and the shower and toliet rooms are seperated. The staff was frinendly and helpful. "

Very comfortable hotel in handy airport location

"A beautiful, new hotel. Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the airport, so a great location. A wonderful, spacious room and well designed bathroom, extremely comfortable bed. We did have to wait a while to check-in but the person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were less friendly/attentive but the food was very good. "

"Several members of our wedding party stayed here on each side of the wedding week. Both times we stayed the staff was truly amazing. From the welcome "tea" to storage of luggage and serving cold beers at the bar they were great! Safe new hip area with lots of food options. Would stay here again."
