This was the best place that we could find in Maragogi. We enjoyed our stay. By North American standards, it would be a very good 3 star. I would stay again. The staff does not speak English. They were friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, clean room. The Wifi was slow in the room especially for Zoom meetings, but we were able to go to a room in the reception area where the signal was the strongest. The restaurants next door was very good. Beautiful beach with a spectacular view of the sunrise. I would recommend this place.

Nao gostei da experiência! Hotel muito simples, check in demorado, Quartos bem basicos e banheiro minúsculo . Sem bebidas no frigobar e sem serviço de quarto. Fomos orientados a ir no mercadinho proximo pra comprar agua. O restaurante do lado onde é o cafe, os funcionários estavam mal humorados. O garcon do almoco e da janta, nota 10 e o restaurante tem cardapio variado! Nao volto!

O hotel é excelente, gostamos muito. A única coisa que não gostamos foi do restaurante onde o hotel tem parceria, que são eles que fornecem o almoço e jantar. Acredito que vale a pena o hotel avaliar essa parceria. A única coisa que me faria pensar duas vezes antes hospedar denovo nesse hotel seria esse restaurante, por que o hotel é muito bom, as acomodações, a limpeza, o atendimento, a localização, o café da manhã, tudo é muito bom, mas o restaurante deixa a desejar. Escolhemos um hotel pé na areia por que essa viagem foi programada pra descanso mesmo, não queríamos ficar andando, nem fazendo passeio, como o hotel tinha tudo e o restaurante do lado parecia perfeito.

Me arrependi dos dias que estive no hotel, essa foi a minha segunda e ultima hospedagem no Croa, nos ultimos 2 anos o hotel foi muito mal administrado, funcionarios sem a menor preparo para gerar experiência positiva ao cliente, mostraram total despreparo e falta de qualificacao. Nao recomendo o hotel, busquem outras opcoes em Maragogi, ate mesmo porque o preco do Croa Mares nao é dos menores, o servico e hotel nao estao compativeis com o valor.da diaria.

Hotel com péssimo serviço, pessoas na recepção mau humoradas. Serviço de arrumação de quarto horrível. Pedi na recepção e deixei o cartão na porta do quarto para arrumar o quarto, mas cheguei as 16 hrs do passeio e o quarto estava do mesmo jeito que deixei de manhã l. Hotel não possui restaurante, piscina suja. Não tem toalhas de praia de manhã, somente a tarde. UMA DECEPÇÃO DE HOTEL

Foi muito agradável. O hotel entrega tudo que promete. Está de acordo com a categoria e até supera pela beleza e cuidado das áreas comuns. Café da manhã bom e atendimento muito cortês. Localização boa pra curtir as praias da região. A praia do hotel na maré baixa é ótima, com uma cor linda e forma um banco de areia maravilhoso para crianças. Na maré alta muda bastante e fica uma praia com pequenas ondas e água mais barrosa.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Praticidade desde o uso da piscina até o contato com o mar ao fundo. Parece que hotel e o mar estão juntos numa mesma sintonia. O quarto é muito confortável, apenas o banheiro um pouco apertado diante de um quarto tão espaçoso. O café da manhã é excepcional e muito farto.
