Very helpful staff - one lovely member of the bar staff went out of her way to help with a request - and the room was spotless with a coffee machine, good shower and comfortable bed. Stayed here while going to a concert at the coop live. The hotel was lovely inside. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We slept really well the bed was comfy. The TV came with sky channels. Tbe walk back from the arena was easy enough and got us back in good time. The breakfast was fab. Overal our stay was great and excellent value for money.
