"Extraordinarily slow check in service at the main desk - we waited over half an hour and it really wasn’t even very busy. Also we ordered 2 taxis between 8 of us from the front desk only to find when we asked what was happening with them that they’d been cancelled, but not until we’d waited for them for 25 minutes! "Lovely, 4 girls in a 2 bedroom apartment. Everything we needed. Beds were comfy. We had breakfast once and there was a great choice. The outside facilities (pool, bar, food) was great, loads of sunbeds so no fighting to get towels on at stupid o'clock. The hotel is walking distance to 2 beaches, theres loads of restaurants & bars, which we frequented a few. Its about 25mins from the airport by transfer. "Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. "My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dalt Murada. We were greeted by a kind man when we arrived. The hotel is located perfectly in the heart of Palma, close to wonderful restaurants, the beautiful cathedral, and much more. We absolutely loved our room; it was grand and had wonderfully tall ceilings. The bed was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this lovely island! "We had a great stay at the Costa Azul, the only problem for us (and it was totally out of the hotels control ) is that they are doing road works right outside. Apparently it has been going on for 2 years. If we knew about we would have booked a room at the back of the hotel."
