"Très bel endroit, très bien situé à proximité de plages splendides comme Marinella à 5' ou Cala Sassari et Spiaggia Bianca à 10'. Ou même celle juste en bas à 5' à pied avec magnifique coucher de soleil 🌅 Accueil très sympathique par les 2 personnes qui parlent IT EN ES FR. Minimarché juste à côté largement suffisant pour les courses. Piscine immense avec de nombreuses chaises longues : on a rarement vu plus de 5-6 personnes. "Don’t be seduced by the pool or view. There are no bins as you have to take away your own rubbish although they give your a barcode to dispose of it. There is no air-con and it is quite dirty as you can see in the pictures. Also no wifi in the property but we were told we could access it outside by using the code in reception but its really slow when working. The kitchen area was small and quite unuseable and also you are not provided with any cloths, detergent or tea towels to clean up with but...

"We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels. Apparently these have to be rented and we had to pay additional fees. Also, the kitchen had nothing we could use…salt, pepper, sugar, oil… we...

Le stanze sono accoglienti belli spazi, lavastoviglie, microonde, piastra ad induzione, climatizzazione, 2 terrazze.... Tutto molto bello e ben curato. "The apartment was well located and had a lovely balcony. The Aircon unit and facility to wash and dry our beach clothes was great. The communication from the owners was very good and the check in/out process was very straight forward. We just would have liked to see some more amenities such as a washing up/drying cloth, wine glasses and better cooking utensils ie chopping knives. These however, are very small suggestions as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Convenient location to travel to baia Sardinia and Porto Cervo. Baia Sardinia is less than 10 mins away Porto Cervo is 5 min drive away 2 exceptional restaurants near by spinnaker and retro Apartment was large. Has a bath but no shower as such. Have to hold shower head above you to shower"

"I was lucky and got an upgrade to the Residence I Mirti Bianchi, the apartment was good, great location, close enough to the town centre to make it easily walkable yet far enough away that there's no noise in the evenings. Santa Teresa di Gallura is a great base to explore northern Sardinia there's a lot of small quiet beaches not to far away. on the negative side I went in October and as its off season a lot of the restaurants are closed and most of the tourist attractions."

"Séjour convenable.. Le seul point positif est la localisation, effectivement la plage est à 2 minutes à pied visible des mobilhomes, coucher de soleil, l’endroit en lui même est splendide. Par contre, en terme de communication, c’est décevant. "Beautiful hotel on the water. We had a room with a nice view of the bay from our small balcony. The room was small but we made it work. The staff was attentive. Breakfast was so perfect with so many beautiful options. It get crowded but they do a great job. The bar always had some one that could make you a beverage any time you walked by. We ate dinner there only once it was good. But the variety on the menu did not suit our tastes so we dinned out the other nights. Location is nice and quiet. Staff was wonderful and the hotel grounds were pretty. super clean and well kept."

"Overall rating is excellent. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff are courteous, extremely helpful and very friendly. The buffet breakfast offered an array of delicious hot and cold foods. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the near future! "
