Checking was quick and easy. Desk person was friendly. We were passing through on drive to Tampa. Hotel room was clean and comfortable and met our needs. Liked the free coffee in the morning.

The key card machine wasn’t working. So every time we needed to get into our room we had to wait in line at the front desk to be escorted with the master key. I know this wasn’t the staffs fault and they certainly did their best.

UPcharge surprise for the dog
It was advertised as pet friendly and they did accommodate my pet but I booked through Hotels.com and it did not say there was a $30 fee for my dog. I was less than thrilled with that because I booked on the basis of the cost. The hotel was very nice with fresh coffee 24/7 and cookies. Basic acceptable breakfast which I did use. The eggs tasted hinky though..so off that they dog wouldn't even eat them.
