Our experience at this motel was a bit frustrating.I hate complainers so I'll express only the most important things. In order to check in we had to check in across the road. The hot tub was not "hot"( which can allow bacteria to grow, that made me nervous to use it at all) and the water park system kept breaking down. The hours of operation are limited so that makes it a "pain" when it breaks again! Our 2nd night the water park was working again and there was a man who was intoxicated and wouldn't leave us alone. We ended up heading up to our room after about 45 minutes because the man was making us uncomfortable and in our face. Needless to say the kids were disappointed and since we were leaving the next day and the waterpark doesn't open till 2 pm we didnt have a chance to try to enjoy it one last time

The water park is a nice addition but the chlorine was so strong that my head was pounding and my eyes were burning and bloodshot the room was a standard room the fridge barely got cold and to keep our refrigerated stuff out side so it would stay cold the screen door on the balcony was torn and ripped up I definitely expected a better stay for 200.00 dollars

From the outside the property looked beautiful- our room was on level 4- we had to go up the elevator and then find the stairs to go up the rest of the way- it was very poorly marked. It appeared they used to serve a breakfast, but it was clearly closed for a while as the counters were dusty and the garbage was still full and was incredibly stinky as if it hadn't been emptied in a while. There was also a cup of coffee that appeared to have been sitting there since the last time there had been food served. It was disgusting. The room looked like they really wanted it to be a beautiful property, but things were broken, the walls were very dirty and covered in what looked like dried pop, the toilet paper was empty as well as the Kleenex. During our entire stay, the elevators we had to use were blocked by laundry carts that we had to move around- filled with dirty towels. We got to the pool and couldn't even get through the door and had to walk around to the outside door to get in. The pool water was freezing. We couldn't even use to the waterpark/pool because it was so cold. The water was very dirty- there was clumps of dirt or dust or something floating in the water and the water appeared to be a dirty yellow color. We really wanted to enjoy this place as our toddler was very excited.

The halls, rooms, pool, and common areas were very unclean and unkept. The pool was not very deep and you could not see to the bottom of it. I should have checked the ratings before booking 😬. The staff were very friendly.

The whole place was terrible. Employees were rude. Shut off lights and locked the door to waterpark with us in there. Had to go outside in 30 degree weather. No breakfast. No vending machines or ice machines

When we arrived in our room, we noticed there was open soap, used towels and the bed had been used. We called front desk and housekeeping came immediately. They were very friendly and immediately removed the used towels and soap. The bed was tucked back in to be neatly made but the bedding was not changed. That seemed odd when someone had obviously been laying in the bed. We were looking forward to using the pools on the facility. The pool water looked murky and was covered in a oily surface on top of the water. We opted out of the pools because of this. The overall cleanliness of the room was not great. It could benefit from a scrubbing. We had to wedge the fridge up to keep the door closed as it kept falling open. The staff were great. The location was great. Parking was perfect. Room location was great within the facility.

We had stayed here a few years ago due to the large rooms with multiple beds and it was great (with the exception of the slimy waterpark). So we tried again this year and it was so GROSS all around. The pool was so dirty even my kids wouldn't go in, the room had dirty sheets on the sofa bed and the woman at the front desk was one of the rudest people I have dealt with in customer service. One word answers - if that - and told me I had to go to the lobby myself to get clean sheets. I understand they may be short staffed, but kindness goes a long way. Will spend money to stay elsewhere next year.

The parking was terrible. Kids throwing food from their balconys on cars getting tons of seagulls all around us. The parking lot is tiny. But other than that it was a nice quick stay.

Convenience to shopping, dinning, and the Ferry to the island were great! Main floor room access was good, however the room desperately needs updating for the price. Wallpaper pulling in several spots, Closet w/o door that had the access to the shower plumbing panel falling towards the clothes hanging. Giant king size bed was comfortable, but the headboard that was solid wood w/ tall posters had dust in every crack and carved design making it appear unkept and unclean. The bathroom was large, but if someone in a wheelchair would not be able to wheel into the shower as it is a tub shower that has no traction on the bottom so watch out if you use hair conditioner. Parking was tight, but accomidating. Noise overhead sounded like a bowling alley at times, but once you turned on the tv not as noticeable. I would try a different room upstairs next time as those appeared to be more updated.

It was dirty and smells, kids running up and down the halls pounding on doors. No housekeeping ! If you want to use the microwave you had to uplug the refridgerator or the coffee pot to have a place to plug in the microwave ! Not good !!
