Nice hotel that could have been so much more
We only stayed here for one night, and were greeted by a nice and friendly staff. The hotel is at a beautiful location. However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools, as it's very easy to get a cut on them. There are tons of cats in the area. They are docile and friendly, but there are a lot of them. Be aware if you're allergic or afraid of cats. The room was a bit filthy, and most kitchen utensils were missing. It's a bit sad, because this hotel has a lot of potential, and could be a real gem with a proper renovation. On the bright side it's very affordable.

Foi minha segunda estadia no vila Supreme. O ambiente é de puro descanso, para quem deseja descansar está no lugar certo. A natureza está em toda parte, café da manhã bom, o atendimento de excelência principalmente da gerente Léa,sempre muito simpático e atenciosa. Minha crítica seria só pra os bangalôs que precisam de uma repaginada, mais nada que posso atrapalhar sua estadia.

O lugar é muito lindo, a vista, o ambiente é agradavel, muitas arvores e calma. Mas os quartos é um contraste do resto, mofo, ferrugem, luz queimada, oxidação... Se tem problemas respiratorios, acredito que esse não é o local mais ideal para você. Demoram MUITO para responder no whatsapp, não atendem o telefone, mas todos os funcionarios la são cordiais e atenciosos. Tem uma bela piscina, com problemas de manutenção e que poderia passar por uma limpeza mais pesada, porém a agua ta sempre quentinha e com a agua limpa (sem sujeira aparente na agua, folhas, bichos, ou ainda mal cheiro). O café da manhã é simples, mas tem tudo que geralmente tem nos hoteis. O restaurante é caro, mas aparentimente todos os pontos turisticos da cidade são caros. Tem muitos gatos no hotel, eles não são ariscos, não atacam, mas alguns hospedes terminam de comer, deixam os pratos na mesa e os funcionarios demoram a ir recolher, logo os gatos fazem a festa. O local nem sempre foi um hotel, a ainda hoje há alguns quartos que não fazem parte do hotel, então a manutenção de cada um é diferente, assim o que eu estou passando aqui sobre o quarto pode ser a realidade somente do quarto em que fiquei.

A localização foi confusa, pois não havia o nome do hotel, apenas a sinalização de outro, que acredito ser do mesmo grupo. O estacionamento é rotativo. O check-in foi realizado antecipadamente pelo site, mas precisei refazê-lo na recepção, o que demorou mais. Não fui acompanhado até o apartamento e não havia carrinho para as malas nem funcionários para ajudar. O local não é um hotel, mas um condomínio com alguns apartamentos para estadia. Fiquei no Bosque Pau Brasil, mas o caminho até lá estava mal cuidado, com aparência de abandono. O apartamento era simples, mas uma boa escolha. O que contém piscina não vale a pena. A TV só funcionava com dois canais e havia lâmpadas queimadas. O chuveiro tinha vazamento e não esquentava. Não havia lençol de cama, precisei solicitar, e o colchão estava sujo, o que foi ruim, pois meu filho tem rinite alérgica. O banheiro estava limpo, mas com teias de aranha e insetos. O café da manhã era básico e pouco variado. As cadeiras do restaurante eram desconfortáveis e havia muitos gatos, causando mau cheiro. A piscina é como nas fotos, mas não há muitas opções para as crianças. Fica a 25 minutos do centro. Não me arrisquei a almoçar no hotel, já que o café da manhã foi ruim.

Experiência horrível. Não recomendo!
Experiência terrível. A estrutura do hotel é horrível. Roupa de cama e banho amareladas e com cheiro de mofo. Quarto fede a mofo. Parte externa da sacada com luz queimada, piscina privativa muito suja, café da manhã com ovo, cuscuz, batata, salsinha e linguiça calabresa basicamente isso. Banheiro com cheiro triste.
