"Had an amazing 5 night stay at the hotel. The interior is beautiful and clean. Our stay coincided with my girlfriend's 30th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for her. The spa facilities are also great and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is in an ideal location and great for shopping and proximity to restaurants. I can't recommend the hotel enough 10/10. "

"Excellent hotel, with a stunning ground floor entrance/reception. Rooms and hallway a little tired, but it didn’t detract from the stay. If you get a family bedroom make sure you got a proper shower - ours was one over a bath without a shower curtain so it wasn’t the easiest to shower in without water going everywhere. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves in Lyon."

"The Mercure Lyon Centre Beaux Arts hotel is conveniently located between 2 major metro stations with plenty of shopping and restaurant options at all price points. The hotel is clean and the staff is cheerful and helpful. I had a few issues with this property. The day before I left for Lyon, the hotel contacted me to advise that my room had been involuntarily downgraded to a standard room without my permission despite having prepaid for a premium room which is 100 sq ft larger with more perks....
