"The staff at this hotel were excellent . The rooms were lovely and nicely furnished. Slight moan about the pillows which were solid. My only other complaint is the charge of 42 euros for the breakfast which I think is obscene. On offer as well as a continental breakfast was scrambled egg ,bacon and sausage. I’m sure if we had asked then more choice might have been available from the kitchen but was certainly not on view and nor was it offered. This would certainly not stop me staying in future...

The most dissatisfying aspect of the Chateau de Sully is the front desk staff. Unfortunately they act as if they are providing exemplary service… they are too busy to respond to simple requests by the guests.
