"The property was nice but was old. Very clean and bed slept great! The only thing that I feel needs to be addressed is the pillows. They were paper thin and didn't support good sleep. I suggest supplying the rooms with thicker pillows. Otherwise, loved the stay!"

"First time guests @ Duval House for 5 nights. Liked being able to reach our favorite places in Old Town by walking in 15 min or less. Our private porch & rockers were nice, too. Only 1 bath towel provided for each of us. Got extra pillow & blanket next morning when office opened. Air conditioner was noisy, but kept the room comfortable. "

"We were looking for a property close to the West Ferry Terminal, 100 Grinnell Street, at the Historic Seaport. This property was a 12 min walk. Property contained several individual rooms with own entrances. Our room (Truman -2nd floor) was small but very colorful. Nice molding & comfortable bed. Towels were small and thin. Room was not sound proof which is why we gave it 3 stars for Condition. Roosters & garbage truck are your 5-6am wake up call. Felt it was a very nice place but overpriced."

"This place is incredible. The history alone makes it worth the stay. Excellent location makes many of the major “Key West” attractions walkable. This property is in a gated area so do be sure to follow the detailed driving instructions provided by the property prior to your stay. You’ll also want to carry your keys with you when venturing out after 6pm to ensure you can get back into the gated areas if traveling by foot. "

"The Artist House had a fabulous location. The staff were friendly, helpful and overall wonderful. The bed was comfortable although on an uneven floor. We had to turn our linens around and sleep with pur head at the foot of the bed. We understand old homes and love the character of them. This one juat llneeds some TLC. Extra lighting in the bathroom, work on the mini split, and some extra cleaning on the walls, ceiling fan and bathroom. You have to take the noise with the location we suppose....

"This is a gorgeously maintained and updated property built in 1891. Perfect location less than a block from historic Duvall street, but quiet inside. Staff is super friendly and focused on what it takes to make the stay fun! Highly recommend!"

"Check in was a mess but other than that, it was a nice stay. There was a mango tree that kept dropping mangoes. We were allowed to eat all we wanted. That was an especially nice perk of staying there."

"We loved everything and will absolutely be returning! The one we were in was a cute 1 bedroom with french doors and a nice size bathroom. Decor was perfect. The pool is small but its perfect for the cottages. Entry to the property and room were by electronic code, the front porch was comfortable with the perfect amount of seating and tables. It looks like a little private community. Just loved the stay! The staff were so nice as well. This property is right off of Duval."
