Terrible experience, rooms were outdated. Hotel charged over $3000 to my card and I only spent 20 minutes in their establishment. Held my funds up for days. They insisted on charging me a $475 cancellation fee, even though I was not satisfied with the environment. They said they overbooked and it was the last room available. Not a king bed as requested and room smelled and felt musky/wet. Hit me like a brick. After a quick review of the room, I was disgusted. For the cost, coming from out of town and depending upon reviews, extremely disappointing. Attempted to discuss with management with three emails and phone calls to have no response. Terrible business practice to overbook, underdeliver and not even acknowledge with a phone call to discuss, apologize for the upset it caused as I was a single female traveling with three suitcases, two purses in a backpack. Could not even get the valet to help me unload the bags from the vehicle nor a doorman to hold the door. Never returned monies and never returned calls or emails. Never again. Made the mistake of going to breakfast a few days later as places are limited in the area to be greatly disappointed along with many other patrons. Understaffed, pouring drinks in used cups that were sitting on the table we were sat at that had not been cleaned. Did not belong to us. Took two hours to eat a lousy breakfast. Just terrible on every level. Not what was expected by a long shot.

The pool was the best part. Although the service at the pool was abysmally SLOW. I mean waiting 20 minutes standing at the bar to get a drink. Lots of servers around and just noooo rush. Frustrating. The room was a little small and so was the bathroom, small. However, it was comfortable. But the roof top pool was definitely the selling point of the hotel. The stores and the shops had inconvenient hours- so much so that I never got a chance to go into the hotel shops.
