Wonderful hotel in a great location in the SalaDaeng / Silom area of Bangkok. The property itself had great amenities (pool was very nice, gym was better than many other hotel gyms, self service laundry room on-site). The room was very comfortable with tons of cabinets in the bedroom for clothes and luggage. Washroom was in great condition and our suite had a separate dining area and kitchenette. Breakfast buffet was pretty typical compared to other hotels in the area. Right across the street from the property is a magnificent food hall with so many different dining options that will satisfy everyone in your group! We will stay here again next time we visit Bangkok, this is my favourite property in the Silom area so far.

The property provides good value for the cost. It is located at the far end of Soi 10 and requires a shuttle which operates constantly (but is first come first serve). However, some guests do not follow protocol and board the shuttle first while others who have been waiting longer are denied boarding until the next shuttle is available. There should be a better system to prevent this from occurring.

Overall our stay wasn't bad, but the property is located in a difficult spot for transportation to get to, it is a loud area, and the amenities are limited. It was well taken care of and the staff was very nice. It located close to Central world, which is a plus for some, but our bed was very stiff and the breakfast was unimpressive. For the price it wasn't a bad option considering it was New Year's and the surrounding hotels were much more expensive.

The wooden wall over the bed was peeling off and only one light worked in the room. In the bathroom, the window by the toilet had green and black mold ..."
