"Very serene atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great seeing all the animals in the safari. Good breakfast. The only regret was having laundry service which was a nightmare!! They washed our clothes with other People's clothes. They hung the clothes up in metal hangers which distorted the shapes of the pants and shirts. "The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the sunset cruise and floating market cruise they offered (very affordable). The breakfast and dinner was fantastic!
