The room was not as described on the app when booking, as the Family Room "king size bed and double sofa bed" turned out to be a king size bed and kids single foldout bed. "We had a great stay for 3 nights, the staff are excellent very friendly and know their stuff. The camaraderie in the bar with the Staff and other guests was lovely, all sharing their day. Wide selection of whiskies and spirits. The food was excellent, even if you decide not to stay, go there and eat. We loved our large, very comfortable room. i marked it down on the basis that the shower was not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel - very small shower head with very little power.
