"We were surprised that we had to pay extra for heat in the property by purchasing heat credit. The property had a horrible Mildeu smell, which was present even with the windows open. Inside, it was very tired and very small. There is no way it sleeps five comfortably. The larger bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable with a worn-out foam mattress. "Just a one night stay to visit Mt Snowdon, well pleased with the hotel. This is obviously a Coaching Hotel catering for large groups. We were not part of any group, just an individual booking and were treated with a seperate dining room that served up excellent food, brilliant. The young lady on reception was very courteous and allowed us to leave our car in the car park while we visited Mt Snowdon.All round excellence."

"Generally a decent experience. The hotel was well presented throughout, and the room was clean. The service was slow, as apparently it was busier than normal. A disappointing response to it taking over an hour for 2 pizzas and some drinks. Also had to wait to be seated for breakfast."
