We were told our fireplace was not working and wanted a room with a working fireplace. Turns out there were two rooms without working fireplaces. Parking spots had names on them and could not see them in the dark. They could use signage outside to trails, restaurants, lamas, and to extra parking. "It has a lot of charm but sadly we made a fire in the fireplace and made sure the flue was open but still the room was filled with smoke even with the door open the smoke alarm went off. Also the refrigerator didn't work. I am sure this is not typically the case, but Sweetwater resort never got back to me when I emailed them regarding these matters."
