"A bit difficult to access with car, but that is because the city of Lisbon is difficult to negotiate. /the receptionist was beyond kind, warm and efficient, and she was there throughout our stay and was always welcoming and friendly when we returned. The parking was easy (2 blocks away) and although pricey, it’s a city, and we received a discount through the hotel (35 euros vs. 48 euros). Location excellent."
