Terrible Experience
Our recent stay at the Masa Hotel Almirante was a complete disaster. After a long journey from London, we arrived at 6:30 pm only to find our room completely devoid of towels.
Unbelievably, even after reporting this to reception, we returned at 11 pm to find the situation unchanged. The excuse given was a shortage due to a large student group – completely unacceptable! This meant no shower after a long day. Towels finally arrived the next morning, but the damage was done. The staff's dismissive attitude only compounded the issue. This basic failure and appalling customer service ruined our first days in Lisbon. Hardly to recommend.
