Excellent property. I stayed in a double sweet the first few days and it was immaculate. My flight was cancelled and had to extend another night and moved to a twin suite. The twin suite was not as nice, but, sufficient. Very close to the Metro and bus stop! Easy access and bag storage was helpful! Host were very responsive!

The added bonus of parking made it easy for us as we had a car. The kitchen facilities were great, allowing us to cook our meals, and we appreciated having a dedicated shelf in the fridge. Check in was super easy. Joao would WhatsApp you ahead of time all the info including how to enter the building and and your room, as well as the code to the luggage storage room if you arrive early . There is also an office next to the apartment that is open on weekdays. The place is exactly as photographed. There is a 2- in-1 washer/dryer that will dry your clothes completely. Although we ate out for all our meals, the apartement has everything you need if you want to prepare a meal (utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove etc). There is a mini supermarket across the street. And the metro station Alameda is located just steps away. This station is also super convenient because you can access two metro lines (red and green). The staff is very responsive to any concerns. Overall the apartment was clean. Some dust may come out of the AC unit so maybe move the sofa bed a bit so that you're not sleeping directly underneath it.

Very good communication and friendly staff. Although the apartment had facilities shared with other guests, we didn’t often see anyone else and the facilities were kept clean and tidy. The room was clean, with good air con. Less than 5 minutes to walk to the nearest metro stop where it took about 10/15 minutes to get into the centre of Lisbon.

Clean and good space not so far away from the downtown 25min walk. Easy to get in touch with WhatsApp. Coffee and tables for one morning in the kitchen. Price worth.
