"The property is great. The staff is awful. Very standoffish. They make you feel that you are an inconvenience. I never received a email in regards to their dining policy. We arrived around 7pm and had to drive back into town to find food. Overall it was a huge disappointment. With a friendly staff it would be amazing. "

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "The hotel is located within an easy walk to the old town. The spa is connected to the hotel underground. The weather was terrible when we were there and so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant that turned out to be wonderful. Staff and service were great. The spa really makes this place special (although some Americans may not be comfortable with mixed-sex nudity, which is required in the sauna areas). "
