"This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice. The room had a working aircondition for heating and cooling plus centralheating. "Large room and great to have a kitchen available. Reception staff friendly and helpful but spoke little to no English. Situated in a large apartment block and a bit difficult to find particularly if you speak English. Not much around it, excpt some neighbothood type shops."

"If you want to get away from the busy downtown of Kiev this might be the place for you this day, however I would not recommend this hotel, outside of summer season if at all. Property is not very well taken care of. Pool is utterly disgusting. Mold in the shower. Toilet seat doesn't fit on the toilet and the toilet is too close to the wall to sit properly. Chipped mirror over the sink. Room configuration is very weird with a long unusable hall inside the door to the room, then a very small room....
