"Love the kitchenette "

"Overall a nice place, polite staff clean room. On the down side the washroom was very small and heavy construction around the hotel. Also we were expected to pay for wifi which I found unusual. "

"We had a great stay here, the staff was friendly and helpful and prompt if we needed anything. Great location and didn't take long to get to our destinations. Loved the pool area, but wasn't expecting a cold water whirlpool, would have preferred it to be warm like the other one. Our room was big and very clean, very nice jet tub too! The hotel was very up to date except for the hallways, they need an update. Other than that, would highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay. We loved that we could walk around to shops, restaurants and pubs. There is a tavern 2 mins away which had live music at night and the staff there was amazing. We had a great time and would stay here again!"

"Perfect location in Old Quebec. The room was nice but lack warmth. The walls are white without picture frames. We had to change as there was no circulation of air. They easily accommodate us with a much bigger room with the same white and empty walls. It was off season so easy for them to accommodate us. Otherwise we would have to stay in a suffocating room. We did not see any air conditioning in both rooms. Other than aesthetics in the rooms its a great place to go, walkable to anywhere...

"Property was advertised. Clean and well equipped. We arrived late from vacation without any issues. Would rent again."

"Our room could have more lighting & a bit bigger table. Hard for 2 people to eat breakfast there. Also a pen & pad of paper would be nice. The construction at the entrance & installations of new thermostats was intrusive esp when we had no heat for one night. Thankfully a portable heater was provided."
