Nice clean and spacious room. In the heart of old quebec city…a few mins walk from all notable spots. Theres no parking on the premises but theres one available at a decent price very nearby.

Walk to everything; great location. Beautiful property with top notch finishes. We loved everything about it. Only downside was that the check in process was a bit disjointed but once that was wrapped up, it was fantastic.

Room is very clean. Staff is helpful and polite.

It's a lovely historic building but I was on a floor with lots of running children. I think perhaps as I was with my 17 y/o daughter I was put on a "family" floor, just guessing. I saw other people with robes, no robes in our room. The location was wonderful. I think if I would have communicated better, the staff would have solved the issues so I suppose I should also give myself 4/5 stars, but here's the feedback fyi. Perhaps to accommodate the hesitant guests, like me, who wait to complain until it's too late, you could have a comment box for guests who are staying for several days.

For people who wants to attend winter carnival with kids, it is literally 5mins walk to both the kids play activities and ice canoe race. The room I got has a small fully equipped kitchen, extremely convenient for small family.
