The property has no elevator to the second floor, the people on other rooms are very loud and it’s impossible to sleep walls are very bad and you can hear almost every little noise,the matress is very soft and there is no support to the back, looks like never been replaced,I would never come back again, even motel 8 is better.

I liked the staff members very much. They were all courteous and very helpful. I did not like the fact that I had to try several times to make the room key work, each time I used it. Also, I disliked how noisy it was in my room due to lack of soundproofing. The next door neighbors were very loud, and their voices woke me up repeatedly.

Best place on the river for your money. More than half as expensive as the other casinos. Staff is the friendliest on the river. Please! Do some basic landscaping and maintenance on the property. It looks terrible. No money is going into the grounds. People walk past the casino because it looks so run-down.

Price was great with no resort fee. The room was clean with few amenities. Soap and shampoo were in very small bottles. Not enough to shower properly. Wish TV had closed captioning. I would stay there again.

It is definitely old and needs repair, but the rooms are spacious and the beds were clean. Probably could use new towels though. A coffee maker would be great as well. Otherwise, you can't beat it for the price! The front desk staff definitely needs training in customer service. They just do their job and that's it. They are the first impression to the hotel and it's not good. Thank you
