We fined at Bumbleberry which was great, gambling was average and the room was clean but the bed was so horrible. It sinks in right in the middle and you're sorta rolling toward the middle part and it's impossible to lay comfortably. The shower was draining slowly so I was standing on water and the sink was also not draining properly. I would not stay in THAT room again. Room 210

We stood in line waiting to check in and staff just looked at us. After about 10 minutes, they finally asked us if we needed help. There was 3 groups of people all waiting to check in. Customer service was awful

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Their main restaurant wasn’t available on NYE until 8:30. Gambling was disappointing. Brownies were awesome!! Not enough plugs in the room and no usb port. Not many channels on TV.

The ladies at registration were super sweet...the restaurant bumbleberry flats, excellent! But what i thought was not acceptable was that i am disabled, and was told they only had a room on the second floor, . That all the rooms on the 1st floor were reserved for the "VIPs only" when we were hoing upstairs, we drpped our luggage because we were struggling sonce there is no elevators! We checked out within minutes of checking in. We will NEVER go back because they did not give us our ADA accommodations! Also i had reservations for a king and they gave us two queens!

Now I like a strong shower head where the water comes out a bit hard but I didn’t take a shower on the second day cause it was literally painful. And I could not adjust head so it didn’t makes holes in my skin. Felt like a sandblaster. Just awful. Other than that it was great!

Maid left some water on the floor. When we wiped it up, the washcloth was covered with dirt, which means the floors were dirty. Room was nicely renovated in most ways, but no refrigerator or microwave or USB ports.
