"Disappointed to see that our room was in another building, which was far from the main one that appears in the photos, where the spa and swimming pool are etc. not very confortable to be so far away. "Super Hotel mit Mitarbeitern, die leider komplett überfordert, nicht/schlecht geschult, gestresst, unfreundlich und keines falls einem 4* entsprechen. Jedes JUFA sollte im Vergleich mehr Sterne bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend, vorallem, da das Hotel an sich grundsätzlich Potential hätte."

"V popise hotela sa uvadza, ze na izbach je kuchynka. Treba vsak upozornit, ze kuchynka je nefunkcna, nie je zariadena, jedlo sa neda ani prihriat, ani varit, 2 platnicka je odstavena a nie je mozne ju pouzit."
