"There was an old lady there who told me they don’t have a booking for me, so I had to show her my payment receipt. There was no receptionist to check in. There was no kitchen or anywhere to prepare anything to eat. There was no security. Bathroom is terrible, water was leaking from the bath and flooded the entire bathroom plus there was a piece of PVC holding up the shower head, the slidE door for the shower was falling apart. I slipped and fell twice and there was an old lady there who can...

"We loved the cleanliness and welcoming spirit from the staff. They bent over backwards to make sure my wife enjoyed her bday weekend at the resort. We upgraded our room to include a plunge pool which was no hassle. We also had a private dinner in the treehouse and a couples massage where the staff was the best. We have decided to go back in 2 years with the children. "

Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

First time can't wait to return.

"My daughter and I really enjoyed the stay at the resort. The grounds, the restaurants, the rooms and all the common areas were immaculate! The staff is always above and beyond helpful. We stayed there a week I recommend staying a lot longer."

Bel Jou Hotel – Adults Only – All Inclusive

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and hospitable. The food was great with alot to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable. The resort was clean and beautiful with amazing views. There was always a good atmosphere at night at the bar to listen to music and hang out. Overall it was a joy to stay there and we will be back to stay again! "

"The peace and quietness of my one night stay was good for me. I didn't like the surprised wetting of my feet when I woke up during the night to go to the BR, from the pool of water from the rains coming in under the entry door. I could have fallen. This is a no-no. Otherwise everything else was great."
