"Property was very good albeit in the middle of a huge city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On reception they advertised times and a menu for their bar and restaurant. However when we enquired they told us it was closed but they would happily order in for us if we needed assistance. "Great location. The hospitality was very good. The staff spoke English and was accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean; it is also modern. I slept comfortably. It was walkable to restaurants, the shopping center, and the movie theater. The tram station is close by. I would recommend it. "

"An excellent property. We used Aix and the Hotel Cezanne as our base for day trips around Provence for 4 days. It couldn’t have been better. There was lots to see and do in Aix and the hotel was about 2 blocks from the main section. We had a deluxe room which was spacious and perfectly set up. "
