"The staff here are very helpful, smiling and caring, we came there for a wedding recently, grace picked us up from the airport, she was so friendly, we dressed in balinese attire, but we were sure it was correct, we stepped outside our room where staff saw us and helped dress my son, the next day the same staff member offered my son a traditional head wear xx such a beautiful gesture, we will be back"
