"We like the location of the hotel. The food and drink at the hotel are dear but the Happy hour 12-6 was great value. We had a conversation with Yuli who is a customer experience officer and she was wonderful. She asked for our feedback the second day at the buffet breakfast and we asked if we could have more water and toilet paper in our room and that was no issue for her to organise. We received extra paper and water in our room the next day. The only criticism i do have about the hotel...

"I’ve stayed at the Bene Hotel many times over the years. Recently returned and found it to be a big improvement all round. Staff are well dressed and well presented with a professional, friendly manner. Bene is on the edge of Kuta/Legian close to everything, tucked away down a quiet lane, minutes walk to the beach, quick motor bike ride to Seminyak, Canggu little further, I like swimming so the pool suits me for morning laps. Poolside room is fab at a very cheap rate compared to many other...

"it looks better on pictures. Rooms are small and beds also... no chairs on balconies. not enough fruits at breackfast, not real coffe....no vegeterial healthy menue..."

"Breakfast was a little bit ordinary not many option. Fuse blew out lamp and took out all power. Very noisy at night not from traffic but people out late talking on balconies. Pool area not inviting so if you are looking to spend a lot out of the hotel is okay "

"Absolutely loved staying here on our last night in Bali. We had a suite/ villa with our own pool. The room and amenities provided were amazing we literally had everything we needed. They staff were very friendly and helpful with anything needed. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was extremely nice and welcoming as well. 10/10 must stay here. We will definitely be coming back and staying more nights next time! Thank you to the family at 18 suite villa loft in Kuta! "

"Hotel it was OK but front staff never pay attention just play cell phone no greeting nothing and night before I leave I just remind front staff could u please wake up call coz we need to go airport early but no one call us lucky we make alam by ourself too and towel in our room it to old and black no one change toothbrush look like nobody care"
