"This property was smaller than the SG Residence Hakata, but the experience was good. The Balcony View is a nice and the trains were very close but did not keep us up at night. The downside is the filters on the A/C were filthy. I had to clean them because two of my persons have allergies and the dust was terrible. Rooms were spacious, and location was close enough to Hakata station (approximately 10 minutes walk).
