"The check in process was more clunky than it needs to be. Simply let me pay before I arrive online, or have the ability to take payment when picking up the key. Room was fine with a nice large room and wonderful view in a great part of the city. Towels were really old and should be upgraded. Bed was stiffer than it needed to be. "

"A comfortable 3-star level property in a great location in KL. Simply furnished rooms but a great choice at this price point. Our friends room was of similar quality but there is some variation between rooms. Our TV was internet only, theirs picked-up TV stations. Pool area and gym were pleasant additions. Close to major eat street, Jalan Alor, and walking distance to several shopping centres."

"The hotel has a great location, just in front of a very nice beach. The room is quite clean but a bit dated. We could see some scratches on the wall and dirty areas under the sink. However, it was quiet at night so we can sleep well. Staffs are efficiency at the lobby and offer discount for breakfast which is nice. Breakfast was ok, many options with beach view. You can enjoy the stunning sunrise on the beach and walk along the beach in the early morning which was the best thing I enjoy at the resort. Overall, it was still a wonderful get away trip with Hyatt "

"Hotel and the rooms are getting run down. The hotel is in need of renovation and repairs. We had spacious room and the bathroom was reasonably clean with no hand soap and broken shampoo bottle and 1/3 rd of toilet paper roll. The reception desk staff were rude, and clueless. The area around the hotel is kind of dark and shady. "
