Maintenance staff were not well trained !!! Got problem with TV n staff was not able to resolve the problem n gave silly reasons for unable to do it. Problem sorted out only when asked manager to look into the problem !!!!!!! Have been staying in Eaton for years n never encounter this before

Didn’t have wall adapter. Hotel has Three In One, shampoo soap, and hand wash. Blow dryer stopped working after two minutes. Rooms small.

Check In is dated my room wasn't ready at 3pm and told to wait. Rooms are very clean very close to Disneyland and hk airport.there is a good free bus shuttle going to airport and train stations every 30 mins great service
