“Very helpful and friendly staff, and had own private beach as well as own parking lot, having a car was very helpful to get around as it was at least an hour away from tourist beaches which are a must see! The hotel strip had over a hundred restaurants to choose from. ”

“The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.”

“Good food Wine not great Beer was ok Cocktails, spirits and ice creams, crisps not included in all inclusive snack bar Kids were happy with food and drink though Apartment clean and had all we need with beautiful views of the sea from balcony which we all loved. It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. It was good but mainly to stay in hotel...

“Great location, perfect for the beach and all the facilities Platanias has to offer. Dimitris cannot do enough to make sure you have a great holiday. He and his staff are all very friendly and welcoming, you feel like part of the family! The apartment was modern with a lovely bathroom. There are loads of great restaurants within a very short walk, we had a car for the holiday but you could easily manage without due to the proximity of everything. “Vi hadde rom i kjelleren. Svalt og fint, med egen terrasse ut mot hagen. Tilgang til tørkestativ så man kunne henge opp våte håndduker og badeklær ute. Aircondition på rommet - som riktig nok ikke var så enkel å forstå seg på da det alltid ble iskaldt på morgenen uansett hvilken temperatur vi hadde. God frokost for både store og små. Veldig hyggelig personale på hotellet. Rent og ryddig på fellesområdene og vaskerne var innom hver dag i ukedagene. Alltid ledig solseng ved hotellets basseng....

“Excellent stay here. Breakfast was in included and really good. There was a restaurant at night and we really enjoyed the food. Rooms were comfortable but on the smaller side. Staff was amazing and very accommodating, beds were hard and they is down thing I think the owners should improve. Very walkable neighborhood. Beaches were 5 minutes away. Parking was easy to find. I would stay here again. ”
