Little English spoken in the hot as well as the local area. Wifi in the room was very spasmodic and required frequent logins. The hotel was clean but in need of some TLC. There is no elevator but I was so impressed with how the very kind staff carried my bags upstairs and helped me figure out how to order food from a local restaurant.
