"Its my 2nd time visiting Hervey Bay and we loved staying here. The bed was so comfortable and the room very clean. The staff at reception are so welcoming and friendly. The pool is excellent. Its surrounded by beautiful palm trees. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and walking along the beach right in front. 10/10"

"Always a good hotel to stay, good area, pool, close to the beach and pier, clean, quiet, safe parking, cooking facilities!"

"Kingfisher Resort offered most things, we were disappointed that one of the pools was closed. One of the restaurants (Sand Bar and Bistro) was also closed. This left limited options for meal times. Staff were turning people away from the main Sand and Wood restaurant and advising people to go to Dune instead. This was despite only four tables being occupied! Not good when you have only just arrived. "

"Amazing cozy rooms with great AC and fans. Each space has a private outdoor area with seating. Bed was very comfortable; showers were hot with perfect water pressure. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again in a heart beat. "
