"Great hotel at the narrows. Indoor pool and sauna is great after sailing up the bay. Waterfront bats are across the street."

"Comfortable room and fair price for the room size. Very clean. Bathroom was nice but had a broken wall mounted hair dryer and the bathroom door did not latch closed so it stayed open about an inch. Front desk was businesslike but not the least bit friendly. There is no breakfast or even coffee offered. You have to go out for breakfast. Excuse was not since Covid. That adds another $20 per couple for breakfast to the room price."

"Went into town short notice and was charmed by the beautiful Christmas tree, wreaths, and gorgeous fireplaces. The staff made me feel like no request was too small and they were genuinely delighted to assist me. Can't wait to return. "

"Very nice stay; very clean, nice breakfast buffet, quiet. Love that they are helping ecologically by using larger shampoo bottles rather than filling our landfills and oceans with those tiny plastic shampoo bottles. Good value for the price."

"First visit. Overall a nice place. The marina and views were very nice. The shower had mold. Also an extra resort fee was charged but no resort type offerings were open for the winter. Had the bathroom shower been clean and without the resort fee I would have given better ratings. I do however, think we will be back in warmer weather to check it all out. "

"A woman walked into the hotel bar when my husband and I were there and there was an incident. She was asked to leave and didn’t. They called the police and we were asked to leave and go to our room for safety reasons. Not a good evening and we were only there for that evening."

"Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. We had a suite so I am guessing it was a bit larger than a regular room but it was really wonderful to have the extra space. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent (the coffee was good for hotel coffee). Would certainly stay here again when I am in the area. "
