"Step inn is a nice n safe place to stay . Deluxe room was spacious and clean . Toilet was clean n spacious too . Breakfast was good and warm . Lunch n dinner menu lacked continental cuisine . Very few dish choices. Restaurant staff was friendly and the most helpful staff was the reception staff Ani and kakha . WiFi was out of order and due to that the owner offered us free lunch . Grateful for that gesture. After staying there for 4 days we felt so much relaxed n peaceful. View from our room was spectacular. Price as compared to neighboring cottages n hotels were more pricey. "

"think better than rooms hotel if you travel more than 2 people. but they charge per person even if you have 2 king beds with 2 adults and 1 child. you still have to pay per child. other than that, great location, parking not very comfortable. far away from trails as you might need to drive 30-40min. but must to take the lift to the top of mountain. staff smiling is also great!! Excellent conditions and super friendly & helpful host(s). it's a bit off the main road (Military highway) so it's perfect! quiet yet just a 2-min car drive to everything. Definitely stay here next time we're in Kazbegi."
