"The villas are gorgeous with great ocean views and a beautiful swimming pool. The common areas are very clean and well kept. The staff is nice but in most cases their English is very limited. Not easy to communicate with them. Our villa was very pretty but it was up too high on the hill and far from the lobby, spa, restaurants, so we had to call and get the hotel golf cart every time we wanted to leave the villa and get back to it. Next time I would prefer a villa closer to the amenities"

"We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also...

"Clean and well laid out property. Kid friendly which is what we were after. Looking a little run down in places like the pool and other common areas. Decent gym. AC worked so well, our room was lovely and big. Dining/pool staff were amazing, special shout out to our new friend Joy who went above and beyond for us. Overall a great family friendly place. "
