"Just returned from a fabulous 5 days here for an adults ski trip. 25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare. Great hotel and spotlessly clean. Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes. Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely. "Spectacular surroundings, unusual car lift to access car park. Some attractions (eg Stubai Glacier) access closed for ski season prep. Small supermarket close by. Confortable drinks lounge. No probs checking in or out."

"A beautiful hotel in a a superb location. Friendly and attentive staff, and excellent food. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were lovely as were all the other spa and wellness facilities. There are multiple saunas and steam rooms. Could not fault this hotel in anyway. "

A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...
